  • Economical: All sanitary facilities have water-saving and self-closing taps and the volume of the toilet cisterns was reduced to six litres.
  • Environment-friendly: To protect the water resources, only ecologically certified cleaning agents are used.
  • Ecological: Rainwater which collects in paved areas is conveyed into retaining basins via pipes, from where it is fed back into the natural water cycle via a stream after a few days of the self-cleaning process.
